The vendor tells us that this 6.75-litre Bentley Turbo R was once owned by Lord Shelton, and has been garaged and looked after throughout its life. It was first registered on 1st August 1993 and is now showing 145,481 miles on its odometer, with an MoT valid until 31st October 2025.
A copy of the original order form is included in the history file, showing its original specification in Diamond Graphite with Gold Metallic pinstripes and a long list of extras that included Sports seats in cream leather, Sundym windscreen, air bags and air horns. Today the car presents as a good and usable example, showing no fewer than 25 stamps in its service book, with the latest being in 2023 at 142,940 miles. All services have been carried out at Bentley specialists. Recent work includes an upgraded and rebuilt air conditioning system, and the car also benefits from a new battery and a new spare key.
