1973 Jensen Healey
This 1973 Jensen Healey was imported from Washington State and previously registered in Oregon. A solid, rust-free survivor in largely original condition, offering a great foundation for a light restoration or recommissioning.
The body is straight and retains its original panels, with no visible signs of prior accident damage. It was repainted once in its original red colour using an older synthetic paint system. This paint is now peeling in several areas and will need to be stripped for a quality respray. There are a few minor dents, but no structural issues.
Mechanically, the engine bay shows signs of good maintenance. The car has been upgraded with a pair of Dellorto carburettors. It is not currently running due to a suspected fuel delivery issue. 4 speed gearbox, shifts through all gears. 86.997 mls visible on the odometre. A few new parts are included to assist with recommissioning.
The interior is in good, well-preserved condition with relatively new carpets. The black vinyl convertible top needs replacement. The car sits on a set of 4 Minilite-style wheels with good tyres, and comes with the original set of 4 factory alloy wheels.
A rare opportunity to acquire an increasingly appreciated British roadster with Lotus pedigree.
This Jensen Healey comes with a U.S. title (Washington) and EU import document, with all import duties paid. Sold on a commercial invoice by Dandy Classics, ready for registration in most European countries.
